Here's Rory!

Well that was unpleasant for all concerned. Ie me. Laziness took its toll, and what should have been a week-long project has finally been completed after a month and a half. I feel I should go into politics. I've saved up some interesting offerings over the last while, but I think, for now, you would be better served by using my newly-created comment system to talk amongst yourselves while I tidy up the administration end over here. Unless you all got bored and wandered off of course. Please come back?

Hmph; It's about freakin' time... and no you shouldn't go into politics: the First thing a politician would do is get the comments working! incidentally, it appears you've disabled all html etc: can we expect to be able to use bold, italics etc at any point? also, if you're gonna display all comments on the page, what happens when you get famous? hundreds of comments hiding overwhelming those lovingly crafted blog entries of yours? As it is, this is already longer than your post; maybe it should have been an email. In any case, feel free to remove it. Oh, and none of this is meant to take away from the respect I have for someone who (unlike me) has a /productive/ hobby. Good work.

On second thoughts; it's not entirely my fault - when one hits 'post', a page appears that contains the previous comments, but not the one just submitted.

Odd. It works with exactly the same code on my machine at home. Must be a timing issue. Consarn it.
