Humanist Society

I know Stephen's going to accuse me of AOLism again, but this on'e even more worthy of my micro-vote than the last one: UCD Humanist society? I'm in, but I've never been one for organisation. I fear it will require some non-electronic means to get others on board.

It seems from the impossibility of emailing people that you're right. What I am hoping is that one or two willing 'souls' will contact me, and help with the off-line communication…

re: "'souls'"

Dawkins makes a good point when he suggests that the posession of reason should not deny us the fruits of language. Refering to souls is valid in a linguistic sense, as long as you recognise its absurdity in a philosophical sense.

re: "Phry"

Phry sits abandoned. Stephen's move to his own domain brought with it the benefit that Scatterbrain, when suitably generalised, will serve both sites perfectly (by which I mean adequately).

I know the Dawkins; I was just pre-empting any possible confusion.
