Make Link v2.0

I finally got around to packaging up the 2.0 version of Make Link. The thread is at MozillaZine. The big addition is the ability to define your own link types. I've fixed all of the known functionality bugs; I've checked it works with all versions up to 1.0PR. I've submitted it to update.mozilla.org. The only thing that concerns me is that I couldn't get to netsoc's FTP server so this version is hosted at SoylentRed. I haven't updated the project page yet because that requires editing a static file and uploading it and I'm too lazy for that.

Did you uninstall the old version first? It has issues with older versions of itself. Otherwise, check the extension manager. If it's there, delete it and reinstall. Otherwise just try again. Failing that I'll come over to your house and kick it for you.

I uninstalled and reinstalled twice; no joy. Third tome was the charm, much to my surprise. My laptop does seem to have a tendency to behave fairly unusually though, so I am sure it was something I said, or possibly did…
