The comment system is for any on-topic (ie relating to the same topic as the entry) replies, queries, suggestions and remarks. I get a lot of spam, so if you want to be fairly confident that I'll see your email, try not to make it look like spam. Use a meaningful subject line and a real name if possible, otherwise you may be overlooked. If you don't get a response within a day, I probably haven't seen your email. If no repsonse is forthcoming within two days, and assuming a responce is expected, it is reasonable to try again.
